AURITA is a digital assistant designed to help users prepare and manage business-related digital advertising configurations and associated workflows.
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the legality of their advertising content, their connected accounts and final approval of advertising configurations.
3. Third-Party Services
Certain AURITA functions may depend on APIs and services provided by third parties, including Meta and TikTok.
4. Prohibited Use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, misleading advertising, abuse of third-party platforms or violation of applicable platform rules.
5. Availability
Features may be changed, added, limited or removed as AURITA develops or as required by external platform policies.
6. Limitation
AURITA provides technical assistance and automation support. The user remains responsible for business, financial and advertising decisions and for reviewing the configuration before approval.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable Polish law and relevant European Union law.
