This Privacy Policy explains how AURITA processes personal data when you use our website, mobile application, account features, AI-assisted advertising preparation tools, payment-related features and support channels.

2. What AURITA does

AURITA is an AI-assisted service for preparing digital advertising campaigns. Depending on the features you use, AURITA may help you describe your business, define campaign goals, choose an advertising format, provide location and budget information, prepare advertising text, organize campaign drafts, and upload or generate advertising materials such as images or logos.

3. Personal data we may collect

We may process the following categories of information:

• account data, such as name, email address and authentication identifiers;
• business information you provide, such as business type, location, website, app links, campaign goals and budget;
• advertising materials, including uploaded images, logos, videos and comments;
• AI-generation inputs and outputs associated with requested advertising materials;
• technical data, such as device information, app version, IP address, timestamps and diagnostic information;
• payment and transaction metadata provided by payment processors, such as payment status, amount, currency and transaction reference;
• support communications and other information you choose to send us.

4. Authentication providers

If you choose to sign in using a third-party provider such as Google or Apple, we may receive basic account information permitted by that provider, such as your provider-specific user identifier, name and email address. The provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.

5. Why we process personal data

We process personal data for purposes including:

• creating and maintaining your AURITA account;
• providing requested campaign-preparation and AI-assisted features;
• saving campaign drafts and selected materials;
• processing payments and maintaining transaction records;
• providing customer support and responding to privacy requests;
• maintaining security, preventing abuse and diagnosing technical problems;
• complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations;
• improving the service, where permitted by law.

6. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on one or more legal bases depending on the processing activity:

• performance of a contract when processing is necessary to provide features you request;
• legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information for tax, accounting or other legal requirements;
• legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, service reliability and limited service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
• consent where consent is specifically requested and required by law.

7. AI-assisted processing

AURITA may use AI systems to help generate or adapt advertising text, images, logos, campaign suggestions and related materials based on information you provide. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or unsuitable content and should be reviewed by the user before use.

AURITA does not intend to make legally binding or similarly significant decisions about users solely through automated processing.

8. Advertising platform information

If you provide links, account identifiers, campaign details or permissions related to advertising platforms, we process them only as needed to provide the requested service. We do not ask users to send advertising-platform passwords by email.

Where a direct integration with an advertising platform is available, data may also be processed by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy.

9. TikTok and other advertising integrations

If you connect TikTok or another supported advertising platform, AURITA may receive and process the account identifier, basic profile information, advertising-account information, campaign configuration, selected creative materials and permission scopes that you explicitly authorize. AURITA uses this information only to provide the requested connection, prepare or manage campaign drafts, display status and perform actions you approve.

AURITA does not sell data received from TikTok. We do not request your TikTok password. You can revoke platform access in the relevant platform settings or request disconnection and deletion by emailing auritainfo@gmail.com.

10. Payments

Payments may be handled by independent payment service providers. AURITA does not need to store full payment-card numbers when payment is processed by such providers. We may receive payment status, amount, currency, transaction identifier and related billing metadata required to deliver the service, handle refunds, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

11. Recipients and service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, AI processing, security and infrastructure. These providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

12. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside Poland or outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use legally recognised safeguards for such transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms permitted by applicable data-protection law.

13. Data retention and account deletion

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason for processing it.

• account information may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure where necessary;
• campaign drafts and uploaded or generated materials may be kept while required to provide the service or until deleted according to available product controls;
• support records may be kept for a reasonable period for follow-up, security and dispute handling;
• transaction, tax and accounting records may be retained for periods required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your AURITA account and associated personal data through available in-app controls or by contacting auritainfo@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymise data unless retention is required for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Never send passwords, full payment-card details, private keys or access tokens to AURITA by ordinary email.

15. Your data-protection rights

Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data in applicable circumstances;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive certain data in a portable format where the right applies;
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

17. Children

AURITA is intended primarily for business users and persons legally able to enter into contracts for the services offered. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

18. Third-party links

The service may contain links to websites, app stores, advertising platforms, payment providers or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

19. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AURITA develops, as integrations change or as legal requirements evolve. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
